The staff is very friendly and caring. They will go out of their way to make sure you or your loved one is well taken care of.

Arbors at Streetsboro has a dedicated and caring staff. The facility has been clean every time I have visited. Grace Hospice cares for several residents here and we are privileged to work collaboratively with the Arbors team to deliver the best care possible!

My father was a patient at Bedford Hospital and received horrible care. I was told repeatedly by the medical staff that there was "nothing medically wrong with my father." I contacted Arbors of Streetsboro on Monday morning (January 8th) and I spoke with Tracey and explained the situation. Tracey met me at Bedford Hospital at 1:00 pm, assessed my father and by 6:30 pm he was transferred to Arbors. Once my father was comfortable and settled in, we left. If it was not for the entire staff at Arbors, recognizing the seriousness of my father's illness, contacting me and helping me make a decision absent from emotions, and calling EMS, my father would NOT be alive today. I cannot express how grateful I am to the staff at Arbors. Even after my father was transferred to the hospital, Tracey stayed in contact and visited my father. Some may say they "did their job". However, Arbors of Streetsboro went above and beyond! They did not base their decision to treat/not to treat him based on his age nor his prior medical history. KUDOS to the staff!!!!! I and my family are forever grateful.

I chose Arbors at Streetsboro for my husband because the staff was outstanding and helpful. I want to especially thank Sarah and Kelly and the Floor Manager. They take their time and use their energy for the patients' welfare. My husband raved about the staff.

My father was a patient at Arbors for 3 months and we were very happy with the care he received. When I broke my leg and needed rehabilitation, it was easy for me to decide where to go. All of the staff have been very friendly and attentive to my needs and they have gone out of their way to make sure my experience at Arbors has been good. I can't say enough how great my therapy and rehabilitation have been. It is always difficult to be away from home but they have made a hard situation as good as possible. The Physical and Occupational Therapy Department at Arbors of Streetsboro are AWESOME! They all did a fantastic job in my recovery process. I came here three days post-op from a total left knee replacement, hardly able to do anything for myself. I was unable to get my left leg into bed. Now I am 4 1/2 to 5 months out from when I had my right knee replacement 13 months ago. I received the highest level of care from both departments. They were very professional in their work, truly invested in making each patient they are working with to make progress in their treatment process. They provided progressive therapy sessions for me for 4 weeks which I am truly grateful for. I would like to thank Carrie, Rich, Nicole (PT), Rich, Stacey B., Karen and Curtis (OT). You guys are truly awesome, I am blessed to have worked with you.
